This Saturday, July 21, is the 35th annual Prince Lot Hula Festival. This wonderful festival is the biggest event of noncompetitive Hula in the State, so the Aloha spirit will be in the air.

The festival will take place the Moanalua gardens and is really a celebration of the traditional dance of Hawaii. He paid tribute to Prince Lot Kapuaiwa, which incorporates the Hula that was once banned in the region.

From 09: 00 to 16: 00, there will be more than a dozen performances and a chance to enjoy the dishes for lunch. The event is free, but the foundations of Moanalua gardens has a button fundraising to help raise funds. Come and support the cause and Hawaiiana on your holiday experience.

This Sunday, July 22, is the 42nd ukulele Festival and is one of the most famous festivals in Hawaii. Take a short walk to Kapiolani Park from 09: 00 to the largest festival of its type ukulele in the world.

There will be performances by internationally renowned musicians, ukulele virtuosos and an 800 person ukulele orchestra. Stop in for lunch during your day at the beach of Waikiki and experience of some local music and food!
